This is open 7 days a week from 7pm to 10pm. 0800 WHATSUP is a free nationwide phone/ web counselling service for 5 to 18 year olds.
No problem is too big or too small for our counsellors. All calls are treated with respect and confidentiality unless the caller is at risk of hurting themselves or others.
