Community Rehabilitation Centre is part of the Rehabilitation Ward Centre.
The multidisciplinary team of therapists provide goal focused and time-framed community based rehabilitation to clients with physical disability aged 16 to 65, and their disability will be primarily a physical one. Assessment and rehabilitation may be based in the home, in the community, or at the Rehabilitation Centre. Includes: Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Social Workers, and Psychologists.
